Holds best when kept covered in cooler; away from the door and from foods with strong odors.

- Refrigerated: up to 10 days
- Defrost at room temperature for 10 - 15 minutes before serving, or defrost at refrigerated for 30 minutes.
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

Protein Cake Cups are not yet available for shipping outside of local postal codes. However, we offer local delivery option on Friday. You can now receive FREE deliveries on Fridays for orders >$50 for GVRD (30 km radius) for Protein Cake cups and other baked goods.
