Vanilla Dacaron made with real Tahitian vanilla bean pods scraped from the source! No artificial flavours are added for this scrumptious bite as you can tell from bits of dark vanilla bean pod scrapes infused within the smooth velvety buttercream in the center.

Dacarons are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, and tree nuts. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

Holds best when kept covered in cooler; away from the door and from foods with strong odors.

SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

To serve, simply set at room temperature for 10 minutes after displaying them in fridge. Always remove shrink wrap while product is FROZEN. Defrost under refrigeration for 30 minutes.

Packaging Info

The products come individually packaged and labelled with its flavour name in sealed plastic film bags when it is shipped. For pick up orders, we are able to package individually upon request.

What is Dacaron?!

The best artisanal dacquoise - each infused with natural flavour, gluten free, and artificial free. Earthling's Dacaron™ pastries are not too sweet, airy, and lightly crisp. 

Traditionally, a dacquoise is a French dessert cake made with layers of almond and hazelnut meringue and whipped cream or buttercream on a buttery biscuit base. Earthling's Dacaron™ is a hand-held cake that's perfectly balanced. Our dacquoise became popular as the new café go-to menu with it being a perfect small-sized and light accompaniment to coffee or tea. Traditionally in France, wheat flour would be added as stabilizer to these delicious pastries - however Earthling's dacquoise uses sweet rice flour instead which makes them gluten free, an added bonus!

​Rice flour not only allows wheat-intolerant customers to also enjoy these delicious pastries, but also gives our pastries a special texture - a perfectly slightly crispy exterior with a lightly chewy interior.
