  • Piping Technique:

  • Master the art of filling the perfect Dacaron shell by learning the art of piping.

  • Flavour Combinations:

  • Explore a variety of flavour combinations and create your own unique Dacaron recipes.

  • Assembly & Presentation:

  • Learn the techniques to assemble and present your Dacarons beautifully, making them a delightful treat for any occasion.

What's included:  1.5 hour workshop (15-min in-between break), 30-min optional tea time at the end.

At the end of the class, students will walk away with a Dacaron Set or Dacquoise Cake per participant, depending on the type of workshop. Coffee and/or tea will be provided and students will have a chance to either enjoy an afternoon tea-style experience with their finished Dacarons, or take them home in a gift box.

*Parking is Free! (Street, designated and along Nicola/ Seaborne)

*Class takes place in the upstairs workshop area -  there is a staircase and it is not accessible by wheelchair.

Cancellation / Class Policy:

 

*Booking can be made up to 48 hours ahead of classes.

*Minimum class capacity - 4 students. Should the classes have less than 4 students registered, it will be automatically cancelled and 100% refund will be credited back to the signees.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours in advance will receive full refund - any cancellations made after will receive a 50% refund.

 

 

Allergy Statement:

 

We are a dedicated gluten-free facility, therefore no outside foods will be allowed on the premise. Class will take place upstairs workshop area - coffee and tea will be provided. Dacarons and Dacquoise Cakes all contain Tree Nuts and Dairy. Please be mindful that there may be cross-contamination of other nuts (peanuts) and soy as they are used in our facility for production of other baked goods.
